They were helpful, knowledgeable and not afraid to recommend a cheaper option for what I was looking for. So many places try to upsell you or persuade you the big ticket brand is the right choice - not here!
It was refreshing to have a sound explanation for why I should consider a different system format than the one I thought I needed. Everything was there to test in the showroom, and I could see straightaway it was good advice.
