Ortofon make superb cartridges for your record decks and the sound quaity is second to none. The packaging is great and keeps them safe and secure whilst in transit. djkit delived again what a great service.

The needles work great. I had a problem with them and when I called up the staff at dj kit put me on to the technical department who talked me through possible problems. It turned out that because my needles had been on my tone arm so long there was dust on the connections. I used a cotton bud and alcohol gel, as instructed by tech guy and it worked a treat. The staff are really knowledgeable and any time I deal with them they go above and beyond.
