Metal tray not like most of the others which are plastic, comes with a peel and stick on foam pad to put your equipment on so they dont slip. Just a note to the manufacturers , make the area between the two securing holes a slot and this would allow the user to slide the tray backwards and forwards also put the pole clamping knob on the outside not the inside , otherwise this is a very good piece of kit .

As with all their goods fantastic quality and feels very sturdy - fits on to a drum / cymbal stand as well as mic stand - comes with stick on cushioned pads so in all very good value

I had been having problems at gigs using chairs to prop up my ancillary music kit but this enables me to have it right in front of myself - which enables greater control.

A neat design and well made of substantial materials. Serves its purpose well, which in my case is to support a drum machine during otherwise live performance. The foam padding is a nice touch and effectively stops the machine from sliding about.

Just two little niggles: the clamp is designed to fit "normal" mic stand tubing, which it does perfectly, but the opening is just a touch too narrow to go on a Hercules stand, which is a bit fatter than usual, so I couldn't use that as I had planned. Also, the way I have it set up, the bent steel support arm has a very slight springy "give" to it. That hasn't caused any problem at all but needs getting used to.

Overall a good design that meets my requirements.
