Great service, support and help from the DJKit team....cannot say the same for the mixer. The 1st one sent did not power up so was returned without any issues. The 2nd mixer worked for approximately 40 minutes and then cut out and started smoking. This was not what I would expect from a Citronic mixer. As an old school DJ getting back into doing a few gigs my experience of Citronic from the past was always good..in fact their products were bomb proof.....clearly things have changed. I was really disappointed as it is a well laid out and easy to use mixer. Did not feel confidant to replace it again so exchanged it for a different brand of mixer.
