Upon first set-up, it began to produce the haze quickly, but the bubbles took quite a bit longer. When the machine did start to produce them, they came through sparingly until the machine had been running consistently for a short while. I suspect this had something to do with needing to push air through on first use, so do not be disheartened. When the tubes had cleared enough for the bubble fluid to flow freely, it produced hundreds of haze filled bubbles, which pop creating an awesome effect. I will be using this at Halloween and I suspect it will be a big hit. - One word of note, it is quite heavy, so if you're going to have it on a stand, make certain the stand can sustain the weight. A shelf, for example, will not hold it.
When the machine began pumping out the haze-filled bubbles, my wife, who had been largely disinterested up to that point, came rushing over and had a whale of a time trying to catch and pop the bubbles.
As with all DJKit orders, this arrived really quickly.
