I bought this + the Gravity T bar to use as a lighting stand as the venue I go to is small and there's not really room for a tripod. The venue I go to isn't that tall either so by adding a 0.5m Gravity extension bar to get a bit more height the rig works well... and as with all Gravity stuff it's well thought out and oozes quality. NB My lights aren't very heavy. It goes without saying ordering from DJ Kit was hassle free and my order was delivered the next day as usual :-)
