This policy covers all users of the djkit.com website. It is not necessary to register in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site, but we may restrict access to certain areas as referred to in Principle 2 below.
The djkit.com website is operated by ESP Music Disco Ltd. We are committed to protecting your privacy when you are using our online services. To protect your privacy, we apply the following principles:

This privacy policy only covers the djkit.com website at https://www.djkit.com. Other links within this site to other websites or framed third party sites within djkit.com are not covered by this policy. We may continue to use your data for a period after you cease being a registered user for warranty purposes.

If you choose not to register or not provide personal information, you may still visit the djkit.com website but you will not be able to access the restricted areas available to registered users. By completing the registration process, you accept the Terms and Conditions described and consent to our using your information accordingly.

You will be able to update, correct, change or delete inaccurate details. Principle 5 - Minors

The djkit.com website is not intended for children and we ask that no-one under the age of 12 submits personal information to us or uses the site without supervision of a parent or guardian.

Principle 6 - Deletion of your Personal Data

We will retain your data for a period of 7 years & 3 months. At anytime you may request your account to be deleted and your personal data removed from our database. This inlcudes all order data history which will not be recoverable. This will effect any future warranty claims within the warranty period of all previously  purchased items.
