COVID-19 OPERATIONS UPDATE 05/01/2021

The latest Covid-19 National Lockdown implemented by the government will effect us all considerably. djkit would like to update you on how we, as a business, are planning to maintain operations at levels as close to normal and to minimise any disruption to you, our customers. Our priority at all times is for the health and safety of our customers, staff and their families.

As of Tuesday the 5th of January 2021 all non-essential retail shops are required to close. Our Newbury showroom will unfortunately be closed until local restrictions are reviewed allowing us to open safely and efficiently. We will continue to process all online orders and deliver as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our distribution partners remain fully operational. We are confident any operational delays will continue to be kept to a minimum. Please call us if you have any queries or concerns.

We are operating a home working policy for all sales and support staff where possible. Allowing us to maintain minimal disruption to you, our customer. We have suspended all drop off and collection services. Please call 01635 780002 to discuss any requirements. Please do not attempt to visit the premises until further notice.

As always we try to maintain a high level of technical support to our customers. This will continue and we will endeavour to keep any delays to a minimum. Please use the link below to help resolve any issues where possible.

We closely monitor and implement any policies and guidelines which the government announce. If any changes are implemented that will impact our service to you, we will notify you asap.
