Lovely cans for the price point

Love my 500s The only gripe Ive got is that when I wear them for extended periods they made my glasses dig in behind my ears Thats no fault of the headphones but the nature of being a glasses wearer When I have my contacts in I can listen for extended periods without discomfort

Almost perfect Ableton Live controller

Absolutely love my Push 2 Bought it alongside Live 9 and believe you will not find a better controller for the software Obviously this was designed solely for use with Live so it no surprise how well it works Theres loads of things you can do with the Push that are tedious to do with a mouse On the flipside there are a few things that the Push cant do that I wish it could Not enough for me to complain about it but nevertheless small gripes Dont let me put you off of buying one It had sped up my workflow immensely and when I try to use Live with just my MPK Mini I get immediately lost Oh and little bit of trivia Akai helped develop the first generation Push which Im sure has helped the Push 2 become a standout product

What can I say

Its a cable A pretty standard cable It does appear to be pretty hard wearing but I suppose time will tell Very reasonably priced for the quality

So much capability

Purchased Live 9 along with my Push 2 when I knew Ableton were offering a free upgrade to Live 10 Used Live 9 for a few weeks before 10 was released and didnt even touch the surface of what its capable of Its a bit of a learning curve coming from an MPC 2500 but there are plenty of tutorials available and the official manual I found to be extremely helpful

Brilliant little bag

Got this free with my DDJ400 and couldnt be happier Its a fairly rigid construction with foam inserts that Im confident would protect the controller from a few reasonably heavy knocks Dont get my wrong its no replacement for a flight case but its also the fraction of the weight and costs of a good flight case

Takes time to put together

Seems sturdy enough Does take more than a few minutes to put together because of the long bolts Bag was mouldy on delivery but wasnt too bothered Cant knock it for the price I suppose

Absolutely love my DDJ400

For just shy of 250 quid the little 400 is amazing Really easy to use and compact and lightweight Only used for bedroom djing but am confident that this little beast is more than capable of satisfying a large venue

Great bit of kit

Great for a little sound insulation It is only a couple of foam pads but they seem to do the job well enough

Top quality kit!

Exchanged a faulty Numark NS7 III for this MCX8000 and couldn't be happier. Build quality is excellent and so far haven't found any bugs or any issues. The pitch fader on the left hand deck is in a slightly awkward position, being close to the platter but doesn't take long to get used to. Coming from vinyl there is a slight learning curve but after a few hours playing around it all falls into place. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting this!

Wanted to love it

I really wanted to love the NS7 III but unfortunately, it came with problems. The left hand platter caused the audio to crackle when the motor was running. Having read of various issues with this unit decided to return and exchange for a Denon MCX8000 and couldn't be happier.
