From vocal performances to roaming microphone and conference presentations, the BLX1288UK/PG31 handheld transmitter offers excellent vocal reproduction, with Shure build quality providing reliable performance show after show. Bullet proof wireless technology ensures the smooth and seamless transmission of signals without the loss of audio quality.
For situations where 'hands free' is a must, the PG31 headset microphone offers not only freedom, but stunning audio quality and the comfort to be worn for the whole performance, with the BLX1 body pack receiver clipping discretely out of sight.
Featuring professional quality sound combined with reliable and user intuitive operation, the BLX1288UK/PG31 system allows the use of a handheld microphone alongside a headset with body pack transmitter. A single combined receiver is provided to work for both microphones and makes setup, pack down and storage simple and convenient.
The system includes: PG31 headset condenser microphone, BLX1 body pack transmitter (for PG31 microphone), BLX2/PG58 handheld microphone and BLX88 dual channel receiver.

Additionally internal antennas cannot be broken during setup, use or transport.
- Is the setup really that easy? - Yes, with one button you can start the group and channel scan, which gives you the best open frequency. Adjust the transmitter to the same channel and you’re ready to go.
- What does “Linearity” mean? - The proportion between input signal of the transmitter and output signal of the receiver is always constant.
- What’s the difference between the old and the new “PG Wireless System”? - With the old PG Wireless System “PG” is the name for the microphones as well as for the receivers. With the new system, the name “PG” stands for the whole line of microphones in differentiation to SM and Beta microphones. The receivers name is “BLX”. This receiver is also part of SM and Beta Wireless Systems.

Great product giving flexibility
This has been very useful since I bought for an event next week but have already had cause to use twice and the double microphone has meant it so great.
