Serato DJ Pro Software Upgrade / Full Version

Great service and good starting product for dj's

Cant review properly but check you have the correct hardware and software if your using a new Mac.

Still setting up. Moved over from Virtual Dj to Serato so just familiarising myself with a few different ways of doing things. Am sure once up and running this software will be just what the doctor ordered.

Serato DJ Pro is the top level software version offered by Serato. It is powerful and comprehensive, and stable beyond any other piece of DJ or Music Production software I have used. Having used this and Rekordbox, Serato DJ Pro is my preferred option every time. It is compatible with a LOAD of controllers and can interact with several premium streaming services, so you don't always have to store your music locally. It also allows you to play in practice mode without having a controller attached, for DJing on the go, or setting up your library. Although i'm an electronic music DJ, there is also a lot of functionality included that will be of use to beat DJs and Turntablists, and Serato has a number of expansions that can enable DVS, Extra effects, video control etc. It can do anything you need it to do and it does it very well.

Easy to use layout and had this with the DDJ SB3 to gain access to all the pad modes

Tried a few different pieces of software before settling on this for my new controller. Does what I want it to so far, although having a preview function would be good (hopefully in the future?). I bought with my mixer so about half the usual price which I think is fair, especially as some other units come with full versions of the software included. Happy with this so far though, and be interesting to see what they add in the future.

Bought this at the same time as I bought the dj partymix such a great price, been using Serato for a few year have tried others but always go back to Serato, would definitely recommend to friends.
