I knew what I wanted, and this was it. Excellent piece of kit already been put to use. Delivery was very quick. I couldn't even find one on other retailers websites so delighted with DJKit. Also the best price I have found.

Loving my new subwoofer, only got to use them twice before lockdown, but can't wait to make some more noise when we are allowed back to work.
Paired with the matching EV Ekx 15p tops the sound quality and bass response is amazing

I purchased this as I wanted an Upgrade from my older QSC Ksub. First thing I noticed is the weight compared the QSC its not that bad if anything I feel its a little lighter despite being a bigger sub. The functions are not too over complicated you have knob which gives you list to pick from. The sound settings is where it gets interesting on Music mode I found when playing hiphop or Edm tracks it limits as in a blink on the LCD screen but not enough to distort then again even if you turn it up and it limits a lot I never heard it distort But on less bass music like pop you can hear that punch The bass on this is not a deep chest moving but more out there the throw is great In a hall you can feel it more than being close to it. Now when you put it on club mode the units bass does go deeper but limits very quick almost every hiphop and house song it will I think if you couple 2 of these and use it on club mode and you will hear the difference. I use Default Music mode as it has a nice balance for all music there is Live mode but its bass is very low and more for performers. Next you have HPF modes 80100125150I keep mine on 100hz but you can set yours to whatever suits your needs. With my old QSC I had always that issue of massive bass behind towards me that I felt was wasted but on this unit turn it on cardioid and you will hear the difference I can hear myself think and even have a convo without shouting. If I had a moan it would be a I like a red limit light as its easier to see than looking at the LCD screen. This is a great unit and I love it! If you want a compact unit with good sound and bass this is it If you want rumbling bass then the 18 would be better suited for you

I purchased a pair of EKX-15SP Sub Woofers to compliment my EKX-12P Tops. The technology in these speakers is excellent allowing you to "match" the subs with a range of EV Top speakers or to select your own settings for cut off frequency etc. The menu available in the units is considerable and for better understanding I would recommend that you download the handbook from the EV website before you purchase. These Subs provide great bass and compliment the EV range perfectly. I was surprised at how heavy these speakers are but given the excellent build and overall quality of EV kit I guess that this is to be expected. When the 12 inch tops are mounted via a suitable M20 threaded speaker pole there is a good solid feel, the Subs providing an excellent secure base with no movement. You need to hear these Subs in the flesh to appreciate what they can do but you won't be disappointed. A great deal from DJKit.com seals the recommendation. Gets 5 stars from me.
