Pioneer DJM-250 Mixer
Pioneer DJM 250 Mixer with Twin Sound Colour Filters
Introducing the Pioneer DJM-250 Mixer, Pioneer’s most affordable twin channel mixer with a surplus of professional features. DJkit believe the Pioneer DJ-250 is the perfect mixer for DJing at home or parties or in bars due to its XLR balanced output that guarantees the high quality sound expected from Pioneer’s club standard mixers.
Inspired by Pioneer’s high-end DJM-900 Nexus, the DJM-250’s two-channel mixer allows you to combine EQ effects with two sound colour filters added independently to each channel. Normally such quality filters are limited to high-end mixers, however the DJM-250 allows you to perform seamless silky mixes at a very reasonable price. To make your life easier you are helped to achieve a perfect performance by the Lights on the filter knobs. This is a unique visual aid to clearly show when each filter is engaged.
Excitingly the Pioneer DJM-250 is equipped with 8 inputs enabling maximum connectivity to various sources. These include four DJ multi-player and analogue turntable paths, three AUX and 1 MIC input.
The MIC input gives you the option of MCing at parties on top of your mixes, always a crowd pleaser and increases the originality of your performance.
You can also use the mixer as a preamp with these three amp connections for iPods or hifi connections making it multi-functional.
DJkit are excited about other tricks that can be achieved through the Pioneer DJM-250. These include the fader start function for crossing in cue points with the cross fader. You can adjust it for high-tech cutting and scratching to ensure your beats are unforgettable.
The DJM-250 has the quality and flexibility of professional mixers but at an affordable price.

I did not have enough money for a fancy mixer when getting my setup for home so i decided to go for a cheap no frills mixer until i could afford something more my style. This mixer fitted the bill perfectly. Pioneer build quality and the sound is great, not brilliant but just good enough to do in the meantime. Its a good all round 2 channel mixer with an impressive feature list for its price range. You will be hard pressed to find better.
I sourced my Djm-250 to sit between a pair of turntables. Wanting a good, solid little mixer which has the Pioneer quality in build and sound... I was not let down. Very impressed. Top marks...
I bought this as I have limited space and need to squeeze in two 1200's and a DDJ T1 - I am very glad I did, compact, solid and really well built. Excellent value for money and an attractive addition to a home setup.
