A real powerhouse of a mixer with the added bonus of Soundcard, MIDI & DIGI compatibility for adding hardware and software to your mixes. The sound quality is astounding as is the build, sturdy yet compact and includes an enhanced version of the legendary Xone filter, 3 band total kill EQ's and has the option to upgrade the crossfader to 'innofader' if you wish. As a straight out the box mixer with professional sound it stands alone for the price and quality, which is why it has been voted Best Mixer under £600 by DJ MAG DJ Tech Awards.
Ordered this Wednesday mid morning after a decision weather or not to go for the basic 23. Glad I went for the 23C in the end as its future proof with the added sound card. Within 5 mins the order was processed and awaiting courier collection - Bam, had it the next day!!!!
I've used these guys before, a couple of years ago, and they were tops last time - why go anywhere else?
The mixer itself is dam impressive. Good solid build, quality to detail, good components and great sound. I would definitely recommend this as a great mixer to anyone starting out.
Thanks djkit for top service
I've mixed on the flagship mixers & I can happily say I have just as much fun on this, (with turntables) strips mixing back to the basics, easy to set up, looks professional as could be in your set up & lives up to the A&H standards even today that we all know & love.
Sent back twice as booth would not work for a surround system in pub on mobile set up, but overall i don't rate the quality of this mixer, buttons feel cheap, cross fader no switch off, headphone & mic on top & get in the way.
Maybe a good bedroom dj mixer, used Allen & heath in clubs which is why i went for this but ended up getting DJM 750
NOT KEEN ON MASTER VOLUME CONTROL, TO MUCH HASSLE FLICKING BACK AND FORTH GETTING THE EQ'S RIGHT. PREFER THE CROSS FADER FOR LEFT AND RIGHT DECK SONGS.
FEEL AS THE EARTH CONNECTION IS WEAK, SHOULD BE A SLOT LIKE A MALE FEMALE CONNECTION.
BUT GREAT SOUND QUALITY AND GOOD EQ'S
