I took my time in the DJKit showroom looking and comparing, the gobosphere,ADJ starburst and Chauvet rotosphere, and on comparisons there were different factors I was looking for. The lighting “dots” seemed clearer on the starburst, but not by a huge amount. But the one factor that was important to me was colouring without dmx, and that's why I chose the gobosphere. The gobosphere allows you to select a single colour (from RGBW), which to me was important for how I wanted my lighting show to work. I bought a pair and link them on master/slave and they work seamlessly. The gobos are not amazing, but do add an extra feature to my ever expanding set up. The effects filled a nice medium sized venue with no problem, and I had many compliments from the guests, at how great they looked. When you consider that I bought a pair for pretty much the price of a single one of the competitors, it was a no brainer to myself. Well chuffed

I have just used this light for the first time today and have to say it looked a real treat. Room I used was not that large but it covered room well. I used light on auto and loved the effect it gave me. Gobos which project op (or down) if you hang it look very effective. Good price well made product which also comes with carrying bag. Great light that is a good addition to my disco.
