Great controller coming from DVS
I grew frustrated with Traktor and my DVS system and decided that I wanted to get a good entry level controller to see what it was all about and shift to Serato. It's a hobby and I didn't want to invest loads.
Upon use I just love this bit of kit. Easy to figure out. Really sturdy and the buttons are well made and responsive. I was surprised how good it compares to my Traktor Kontrol Z2 and have no regrets after 2 weeks of fun.

A Crackin’ Controller Indeed!
I purchased this controller in the Black Friday event and am very pleased with it so far!
The unit feels well built but light enough to carry around. My intention for this purchase is for it to be used whilst travelling away or at private functions, due to its compactness. Also fits nice and snuggly in a Magma CTRL XL II case (which I also bought at the same time).
The knobs and faders have a good feel to them, and the only slight criticism, maybe, is the fact that the Jog Wheels are slightly on the tight feel side. This can affect a spin-back effect if you're used to the jogs being loose or customisable, say on Pioneer gear.
I haven't used the included Serato DJ Pro software yet, as I prefer to use my trusted Virtual DJ, which has been mapped brilliantly (including the Jog Wheel LED ring display used to mimic the needle position on a playing deck). Sound quality sounds respectable, although haven't tried hooking up to a larger PA yet.
All in all, a crackin controller indeed! And at a good price point too...
