Laserworld GS-250RGB move

Beautiful colour patterns generated over 10m. The remote control is.not well made and only operates less than 5m meters from the device. LimitEd number of patterns.

My unit was delivered with 48 hours of ordering, and on opening the bag from DPD, the first thing I reaslised is that one of the key specifications on the djkit.com website was wrong: the unit is listed as being IP67 (submersible waterproof), but is actually only IP65 (splash proof, or might survive a momentary dunking). On exploring the box contents, I was disappointed to find that the bezel on the unit itself had a number of chips in the paint, looking like it had been badly handled at some point in the past - even though it was sold as "new". Finally, on turning it on, there was a good display of Red, Green and Blue dots, swirling gently around. But after trying the remote control, it seems IMPOSSIBLE to return to this setting. Either you get just one colour, or just two - and when you select all three, they go into an auto-change sequence. After 20 minutes of trying everything, the original mode reappeared, but now I don't want to risk changing the colours again in case I lose this static full colour mode once again. If this was the advertised, IP67 version, and if it was truly "new" as opposed to chipped, and if the full-static-colour mode was easy to reset, I'd give this unit 5 stars. But all in all, it's lost at least 2 of those because of the above ... Brian
