The item arrived very quickly and was very well packed. The first thing noticed was that the remote was basic, just on and off, which gives no control over the amount of haze produced - This is described as a "remote" on the items page with no further details given. It would be a good idea to tell prospective buyer what they are getting. In the items description it says, "True constant output with adjustable output angle" However, there is NO adjustment of output angle, it is fixed. also the machine runs for a short while then the green light goes out on the remote and the haze reduces by 90% it then takes a while for it to heat up and start producing haze again.... So the KHM-400 is a very good price, and if it had been described accurately it is just about worth the investment. But with the description given it was very disappointing. Had the description been accurate I would have bought the KHM-600 instead.
