How do I return an unwanted item?
If the item is purchased on-line and unwanted, you can return return it within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in it's original condition complete with all packaging and accessories.
You contact should contact us via phone or email to inform us of the return and to obtain a returns (RMA) number.
Once you have this you can send it or bring it back in person together with the filled in returns form.
The item will be examined as soon as possible and either exchanged or refunded to the original payment method.
For items not returned in their original condition or with damaged packaging, missing accessories etc, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a re-stocking fee.
