How do I return a faulty item?
If you suspect a fault with a product the first thing to do is to contact our technical support team (01635 780002) to help establish the cause of the fault and if it can be resolved remotely or the next steps. Please have your order number ready to speed up the process.
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, once you have spoken to us, it will usually need to be returned and once received back it will be inspected and either repaired or replaced.
If you have a product to return to djkit please contact us on 01635 780002 for a returns (RMA) number.
Once you have a returns (RMA) number please complete this RMA Returns Form making sure you complete it in full.
Make sure that the faulty goods are safely wrapped for transport and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Also make sure that a copy of the RMA Form is in the box.
