I've placed an order but funds haven't left my account
When paying for an order the funds are authorised from your bank but not taken. This "freezes" the funds in your account for us to take later.
Once we have confirmed your order for stock availability, security checks and other potential problems, we will then process the payment and your funds will leave your account.
If your order can not be processed or is cancelled, we will cancel the authorisation. It may tak a few days for the funds to be released by the bank.
