Absolutely brilliant service. I received my first mic stand and it was broken on arrival. The company sent a new one without hesitation but unfortunately this was broken too. So - without wanting to say a bad word about djkit.com I feel it's only right that I suggest people who are looking to buy this stand perhaps consider a better quality one (think worth paying a little more for this particular item).
