Exactly what I needed
Had been looking to buy the original MC6000 for a while but when this was launched and being sold cheaper than the original could not resist! Excellent sound quality is generated and as per other reviews, the knobs and sliders are now in the right places (particularly the pitch). Was a bit disappointed that it hadnt already been natively mapped to VDJ like its predecessor but configuration is available via a download from VDJ. The mapping does need some tweaking to have full functionality which is easy when you know how. Works as I want it. Having the ability to quickly flick between input devices and upto to 4 virtual decks is fantastic.

Denon MC6000mk2 Review
A lot of research went into my choice on replacing my RMX2, which worked well but didn't tick all the boxes for my requirements. Having made the plunge the MC6000mk2 is brilliant, smooth jogs and excellent controls. The only thing that held me up ,was that I am a Virtual DJ pro software user and found the mapping a problem,so I've bought Serato DJ and it is superb. I still have the back-up of VDJ so am covered for every possible angle now. The size and compactness were a major reason for this over the larger Pioneer controllers also two mic channels with full EQ swayed it. All in all, Top Marks!

Dennon MC6000MK2
Firstly first class hassle free service by djkit.com . This is my second controller and makes my first look like a toy and it wasn't much cheaper.This is an awesome piece of kit well made, well laid out and all at a great price. This is the controller you need if you are mobile dj. Just used it all weekend at a charity event and it worked flawlessly. used it with Virtual DJ with no problems at all. Well impressed

Great item. Fast delivery.
Great controller/mixee. Can use it and plug others in or use the 4 deck majesty of the full version of serato. Easy to set up and if you have any experience using contollers you'll be smashing out the mixes in no time.

Industry Standard of its type
Finally making the plunge to go from the Stanton DJ to a computer and controller, what better choice is there than the Denon MC6000mk2. I read a review in Pro Mobile, this was the ideal piece of kit for the easy to use Serato DJ. Solidly built and fitting snugly into the Odyssey Denon Case (see separate review) this controller is very easy to use. It has all the controls that a function dj could need and each channel has plenty of access points to cover all eventualities. 2 microphones sockets (one balanced) give you good vocal output with variable echo and EQ for both of the mics. All the controls solid and do not come off in your hand if you are a little heavy with them The sound quality is excellent, surely the industry standard for its genre and price.

Denon mc6000mk2
This is a really good controller, that has a all in one option to control not just your laptop, but also two mics, and also two other audio sources. The only thing I can possibly say that took a bit to get used to was, how close the play/pause button is to the jog as I was used to my previous controller being quite spaced out. The sound quality is really good also.

Fantastic Mixer, I was using a Traktor S4, but much prefer this, really easy to use, very sturdy, and love the fact that you can input another laptop using virtual DJ, or Itunes and also CD player, vinyl if required

Generally Good Product
This does what it says on the tin and delivers precise sound through the internal sound card, controls as have always proved to be with Denon products...excellent, even though like many products are now made in China, this hasn't affected the overall quality. Only negatives are no kill on microphone without using on off switches, and have to switch input on back of unit to play any other product other than a laptop...

Nice bit of kit
First gig with this on Saturday, although I've played with it enough to make sure it's up to the job, control layout is ergonomic, two mic inputs always a bonus both balanced one TRS & the other XLR/TRS. I read somewhere you can't change the sensitivity of the jog wheels, but you can, power on with a button sequence & choose how you want them. Shame the HP/LP filters only work for channels 1 & 2, maybe in a future firmware update we could use shift + control knobs, although these also adjust video FX, so that's probably why, anyway if you have the SP6 isotope FX pack you can add these into your FX chain if needed. Yep works well, pleased with purchase & service, recommended mid level controller that does everything more expensive models do, oh & it's all metal, with four channel faders & full cut high, mid & low eq for each channel as well as gain, highly recommended. And if you wanna unlock the Serato extras like slicer and stuff, as this controller doesn't have the performance pads, just add on a Neon loop, that's if needed as you have rolls, hot cues, sound FX, like sub drop & FX access to flanger, echo etc... But it, I'll never need another controller now.

Excellent unit !
Really easy to use and set up was pretty straight forward, although there was confusion about the free upgrade to Serato DJ, it was sorted in the end, but required a couple of calls/emails to djkit.com. This was my first journey into digital so wanted something straight forward, Serato seems to be exactly that, plenty of detail and extras if you want to get into it.

Well made piece of kit and a lot of bang for buck!
Good bit of kit, very well made and all the important features are there, came with Serato DJ for free and an added bonus (which I didn't know about) is that it also supports DVS.

Good Stuff
I bought this gear and decided to use with virtual dj. Because its more easy you just make a play list with it and it is great. Really good if you are just a home dj or doing a little venues like small occasions. I am quiet happy with mine. But it my not be good enough for club dj's. Depending on your expectation. Like if you want serato dj's latest futures you need pioneer ddj sx etc. but this little think will be good enough to make you happy. Like balenced xlr output dual mic input, booth etc.

A DJ Workhorse
I have been researching controllers for a while now and the Denon MC 6000 MK2 seemed to tick all the boxes and fulfil my needs. I quickly got my hands on it thanks to great service from djkit.com and I was not dissapointed! It is well constructed and solid and has all the essential features for a mobile DJ. My only concern being that it is a little small. This is well worth the money though.

Great product, easy to use
Faultless service from djkit.com.com, delivered on time as expected. The last time I had a go at djing was on 1210's 20 years ago. I was amazed by how easy it was to use the MC6000mk2 and accompanying Serato software, and was mixing by the end of the first track. This piece of kit has made me realise how easy it is for aspiring dj's to produce professionally sounding mixes straight out of the box and to do things that would have been impossible using vinyl.

Everything I expected and more.
I had done plenty of research so before purchasing I already knew I wanted the Denon mc6000mk2, it then was just a case of choosing which supplier to buy from. I'm glad I chose djkit.com because the transaction was simple, smooth and trouble free. Delivery would have been next day had my delivery driver not had a crash but of course that is not the fault of djkit.com. This is a superb controller, great quality, robust and fulfills my needs completely

we were looking for a controller to use and as its the first one we took time to look into everything available, works flawlessly and sounds great. we are using it with serato but also mapping for dex 2 when we get time. worth every penny we will be using it for a long time as it fits our mobile profile perfectly.

Hello, you will need some form of amplification if you want sound. The good news is that it will pretty much play through any sound source, including your PC, Hi-Fi or your home cinema system. I like to play mine through my GAE Pro-Stage speakers with my Chevin Amps. I also use my Electrovoice ZX5A active speakers. Amazing sound output, like studio quality and the microphone inputs always put your voice over the top of the music...unlike most mixers out there.
