Chauvet IRC-6 Remote

Small and compact controller for the Chauvet lights. Very easy to use, lightweight, fits into pocket. Lots of options without the need for a larger controller or lighting desk.

I bought this remote so I could select a specific gobo on my new Chauvet obsession HP lights as opposed to using DMX. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. You can only control the speed and the sound sensitivity. It also doesn't work if you have your lights connected together by a DMX cable as master / slave. Disappointed overall but it was cheap enough to try it out

it transforms the 4 helicopter's i bought from here to be able to have static I prefer blue for early evening to full on programs strobe col chase etc i would say its an essential help to do a quick point and go to my effects

Bit slow to connect to the mini kinta light at times. Bought 1st one of amazon - totally naff. Bought this one from djkit.com, so far works a treat, if a little slow response in light change to mini kinta.

Purchased this in the sale last year and got a couple pounds off it along with other items for my sons Xmas but have to say this little gadget works a treatand even from a mums point of view I used it at Halloween this year myself and even from a distance away from lights that I purchased from djkit.com also the little remote worked very well The blackout effect was great for kids coming in house at Halloween and I just sat in my chair and used blackout effect button which instantly turned out the Chauvet light that I made slightly orange red for Halloween It done the affect on the halloweeners that I had hoped Hence my review slightly later than the norm Also I wanted to see how the IRC6 remote panned out for my sons DJ gigs and he loves ithas no problems with it Fab product

Does exactly what it should and very well.

Thought I'd lost one so got this. Cheap enough to have a couple as spares. Really useful as work across different fixtures (if you've bought into the Chauvet ecosystem). Nothing to complain about and quick delivery from djkit.com

Versatile remote. I got one to blackout or dim a pair of Chauvet LED Pinspot 3s, turning a budget pair of pinspots into something much more useful. Rare at this price range.

Does what it says on the tin. A small controller with a reasonable range. Gives good control over lighting fixtures and for a good price.

This remote allows you to control a good amount of the chauvet beamer 6 features. Overall pleased.

If you have not got a DMX controller get this a must, not everyone likes strobes, do not be fiddling around in the dark when your lights need adjusting from a client request!!!

It is too cheap and rubbish, it does it's job, just about! Ideally it could have a backlight to light up the buttons so you can see them in the dark, it's not expensive but personally I would of rather paid more money to get better quality product. I'm sure it will stop working soon. It hardly works now!

This is a no fancy tricks gadget that will work with multiple devices. It is aimed at DJ's who don't really want to go too technical or are just trying to save space in the boot of the car. Personally, I will always use a controller but when I do kids party I will just go sound to light and use the IRC.

This is a great way to remote control your Chauvet lights in a live situation.

I bought this to control a pair of Mini Kinta lights. Firstly, the remote is tiny. Perfect for keeping in your pocket but also easily loseable! The overall feel is flimsy and the buttons are hard to press - some of them have no effect on the lights at all - which is a shame. Blackout function is extremely useful.
