Good Solud stand
Very solid stand for the money but the cable holes in the base could be a bit bigger apart from that a very good stand.

Light Stand Bag now a Speaker Stand Bag
So my mistake I thought this was a speaker stand bag and it was a lighting stand bag. They are exactly the same however this is extra long. Luckily I have a sewing machine so I cut off a section and re-sewed it the right length. So I saved money overall but it does the job perfectly.

Will Accu-Case ASC-AC-63 take 2 stands and a t-bar or would I need 2 cases
Assuming that you're stands aren't anything out of the ordinary (i.e. normal size T-Bars), you shouldn't have a problem. I can fit 2 rhino stands and T-bras in without any problem. Check the measurements on the product images above to make sure length is ok, but volume wise you should fine.
