ADJ Element Hex are expensive but worth every penny. They are by far the best uplights I've ever used. Four fit perfectly into the Chauvet CHS-FR4 bag. Thank you Greg and everyone else at DJkit for outstanding service as usual.
These are without doubt the best uplighters I've used. Value for money wise, they're outstanding. The battery life is excellent - well over 12 hours on a full charge when I tested them but probably longer if you don't use them on full all night. The built-in WiFly means that you can just run them master-slave and they will do their thing automatically wherever you place them but I prefer to use them with my ADJ Airstream Bridge and have full control of them with different chases and fades for different styles of music. Their WiFly range is good - I've used them in a huge sports hall and they worked perfectly. They are solidly built (all metal body) with a carry handle and a useful IEC out on the base as well meaning you can charge them all together with short IEC link cables between them. I purchased eight and will be seriously considering buying four more for more flexibility in some of my larger venues. 100% recommended.

I bought 10 of these suckers and so far so good. They have knocked hours of my set up time. I want more lights to carry this technology. I use them with my ADJ Bridge system. They were easy to patch and charge. The only disadvantage I can see is they may be too easy to nick. They don't have a solid eye bolt that you can thread a cable lock through. I'm sure I could make something work?
