This item basically doesn't work, I've watched tens of videos online, read forums and even emailed the manufacturer and the general consensus is that it simply doesn't work. The IR remote that comes with any of the ADJ kit is far better. If you want to control fixtures effectively from your iPad I highly recommend the Airstream DMX Bridge which works faultlessly.
