These lights are fantastic, first of all they are not too big, they feel very well built and look brilliant. Easy setup, just plug the power cable in, I bought two of them so I used the controller to control the lights, which is brilliant because you can "blackout" when you need/want to. The fans are noisy but when you have loud music playing you can not hear them. Very powerful light, brighter than my other lights that are LED. Could not fault these lights, if your looking for some great lights, get these.

Bought x4 of these lights across my truss and with some haze they look very effective, we use x4 scanners and x2 revo lll and all the lights look awesome in big rooms.
these lights have an absolutly stunning effect, especially in a hazed room. for a cheep, bright, dmx scanner, i really didnt expect much from it, but it just blew my mind away. these are very bright, and to me they look much brighter than 250watts. they are brighter than my 300watt soundlab vites and almost as bright as a 500watt halogen flood light. only 2 downsides are that they do strobe a lot just left running sound to light, so you will need the ca8 controller to be able to stop that, and they also get very hot very quickly, but for cheep dmx scanners, they truly are amazing.
