Absolutely love my Push 2 Bought it alongside Live 9 and believe you will not find a better controller for the software Obviously this was designed solely for use with Live so it no surprise how well it works Theres loads of things you can do with the Push that are tedious to do with a mouse On the flipside there are a few things that the Push cant do that I wish it could Not enough for me to complain about it but nevertheless small gripes Dont let me put you off of buying one It had sped up my workflow immensely and when I try to use Live with just my MPK Mini I get immediately lost Oh and little bit of trivia Akai helped develop the first generation Push which Im sure has helped the Push 2 become a standout product

Ableton have nailed all the basics Such as build quality and ease of setting up. This is a very deep and complex instrument and it does take some time to figure things out so I recommend checking out the videos Ableton have uploaded on their website which covers everything you need to know. I spent months messing about with Live 9.5, to switch to Logic Pro X only to find that I didn't really like Logics work flow and how unintuitive it was when it comes down to making techno. I then switched back to Live 9.5 and made more progress then coughed up the money for Push 2 with the Live 10 Suite bundle offered in a flash sale at DJKit. I have made substantially better progress with the Push 2. It feels like you are actually using an instrument rather than clicking on things on the screen and hoping for the best. Much easier to get ideas down that work fast which in turn keeps you motivated. Props to DJKit for their excellent service too. The Live 10 bundle was a proper product code delivered to me by email the same day for the full version of Live 10 Suite. NOT an upgrade key from Live 10 Intro.

Got this a while ago at a great price along with the full suite package, very robust, well made as you could expect, bit of a learning curve involved but it takes the emphasis of staring at laptop and mouse away and gives a hands on feel.
