Once you are happy with the items in your Shopping Basket, you will need to process your order through our Checkout pages.
Your Items
These are your chosen items. Change the quantities or remove them from your Shopping Basket.
Loyalty Points
Choose whether to Save points earned on this order, or Spend points from your account to get money off the order total.
Shipping/Delivery Options
Select where you wish to have your order delivered. The appropriate Shipping charge will be applied.
Finance Options
If you wish to purchase your items using Finance (where available) you will need to choose a Deposit Amount (minimum of 10% of order total). You also need to select the payment term duration.
Total Amounts
This shows the total amount payable for the whole order.
If Finance is selected, then the total amounts includes interest owed. The Deposit amount is shown as being due only at this stage.

If you have a product to return to Djkit.com please contact us on for an RMA number.
Once you have a RMA number please complete this RMA Returns Form
making sure you complete it in full.
Non-returnable products:
Copyrighted goods (all software, media and sample CDs) where the packaging has been unsealed and/or the product has been registered unless the product is faulty
Products that we have made to your specification or customised specifically for you
Contact products for Health and Safety reasons to products such as microphones, headphones, earphones, in-ear monitoring devices and brass and woodwind mouthpieces that have been used or where the hygienic seal has been removed or broken
Please make sure that the faulty goods are safely wrapped for transport and the RMA
number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Also, please make sure that a copy of the RMA Form is in the box.

Under Warranty Service
This warranty does not cover user induced damage, such as accident, abuse, tampered with,
subject to abnormal working conditions or unauthorized modifications.
Out of Warranty service
For out of warranty products, we will charge for the repair or unit replacement in a flat rate
fee.
DJkit.com / ESP Music Disco Ltd. reserves the rights to revise the RMA policy above and warranty
period, and any update will be informed to you in writing.
